Interfyl for Breast Rippling

One of the techniques in which Dr. Maercks addresses this problem is to inject Interfyl, a human connective tissue matrix (derived from the placenta of a healthy, full-term pregnancy) into the ripples that are visible on the skin. Fat Grafting
Fat grafting into the breast can be done at the same time as explant surgery, an en bloc capsulectomy, or capsular contracture repair.
